BPC-157 is a peptide derived from a protective protein found in the human stomach, known as the Body Protection Compound. It has been extensively studied in animal and cell models for its potential to accelerate healing of muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and the gastrointestinal tract. Research suggests BPC-157 supports tissue repair by promoting angiogenesis (new blood vessel growth), enhancing collagen production, and modulating inflammatory and nitric oxide pathways that influence cell regeneration. Studies also suggest BPC-157 protects against gut injury, improves joint recovery, and reduces inflammation.
DOSAGE GUIDANCE
Standard daily doses range from 0.3-0.5 mg, administered 1x daily, over a period of 4-8 weeks.
Advanced daily doses range from 0.5-0.75 mg, administered 2x daily, over a period of 4-8 weeks.
Standard Dosage Protocol:
0.3-0.5 mg, 1x daily, 4-8 weeks
For a standard daily regimen, reconstitute with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water to reach ~3.33 mg/mL.
1. Draw 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
2. Inject the water slowly along the vial wall to reduce foam.
3. Gently swirl/roll the vial, avoid vigorous shaking.
4. To store, refrigerate the reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C, protected from light.
Advanced Dosage Protocol:
0.5-0.75 mg, 2x daily, 4-8 weeks
For a more advanced daily regimen, reconstitute with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to reach 5.0 mg/mL.
