Semax is a peptide derived from a fragment of the adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH₄₋₁₀) and is primarily studied for its neuroprotective and cognitive-enhancing properties. It works by increasing levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), supporting neurotransmitter regulation, especially dopamine and serotonin, as well as reducing inflammation and oxidative stress within neural tissue. In research settings, Semax is sometimes administered via subcutaneous or intramuscular injection to promote systemic absorption and potential neuroprotective effects. Studies suggest Semax has the ability to enhance focus, memory, learning capacity, and recovery from neurological or ischemic injury.

DOSAGE GUIDANCE
Standard Dosage Protocol:
0.5 mg-1.0 mg, 1x Daily, 4-8 Weeks
Reconstitute with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water to create a solution of about 3.33 mg/mL (≈0.03 mg per unit).
1. Draw 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
2. Inject the water slowly along the vial wall to reduce foam.
3. Gently swirl/roll the vial, avoid vigorous shaking.
4. To store, refrigerate the reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C, protected from light.
Advanced Dosage Protocol:
6.0 mg, 1x Daily, 10-Day Protocol
Reconstitute with 1 mL to create a 10.0 mg/mL solution (≈0.1 mg per unit).
1. Draw 1.0 mL of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
2. Inject the water slowly along the vial wall to reduce foam.
3. Gently swirl/roll the vial, avoid vigorous shaking.
4. To store, refrigerate the reconstituted solution at 2–8 °C, protected from light.
The standard daily dose of Semax ranges from 0.5 mg-1.0 mg. Usually, 0.5 mg doses are administered from weeks 1-4, increasing to 1.0 mg doses for weeks 5-8. This approach is popular for general cognitive support or mild neuroprotection.
An advanced daily dose of 6.0 mg per day is sometimes referenced in post-stroke settings. This is an aggressive 10-day protocol.

A standard insulin syringe contains 1.0 mL, which is 100 units.
Semax Peptide Onlne New Zealand, Semax Nasal Spray, Research Chemicals Online New Zealand, Bulk Peptides New Zealand
Nasal Spray Dosage Protocol:
Recommended dose: 500 mcg - 900 mcg per day
The most common intranasal dosage method is 3 pumps, administered 3x daily, for a total of 9 pumps daily. With this method, 750 mcg of Semax is administered per day.
The cycling method entails 4-8 weeks of intranasal application, followed by 1-2 weeks off.
(For continuous use, administer for 5 days, followed by 2 days off.)
The solution is 10 mg of Semax reconstituted with 20 mL of bacteriostatic water. Each bottle includes ~130 sprays. In each individual spray, there is ~83.3 mcg of Semax.
